Joe Passero built a distinguished career over several decades with Klaffs, one of the nation's most respected luxury kitchen, bath, and home design companies. Beginning in the warehouse at a young age, Joe gained firsthand knowledge of every aspect of the business before moving into sales in the mid-1970s. His leadership and vision quickly set him apart, leading to his appointment as General Manager in 1978 and ultimately CEO and Chairman in 1990, a position he held until 2018. 
 
Under Joe's leadership, Klaffs achieved national prominence, working on exceptional residential projects throughout the United States and abroad. The company's clientele included discerning homeowners, leading architects, interior designers, decorators, builders, and many well-known local personalities. A commitment to innovation and an instinct for emerging design trends helped drive Klaffs' remarkable 97-year legacy.
 
As the visionary behind the company's merchandising and brand strategy, Joe traveled extensively to source the finest luxury brands in the industry. He introduced them to the marketplace through showrooms and marketing concepts that earned Klaffs national recognition for design, innovation, and creative presentation.
 
Following his remarkable tenure at Klaffs, Joe transitioned into real estate, earning his license and joining William Raveis in Westport. Leveraging his decades of expertise in home design, materials, and construction, he quickly developed strong relationships with respected local builders, assisting them in marketing and selling their properties. 
 
Today, Joe brings a rare perspective to real estate—combining executive leadership, keen negotiating skills, design expertise, and deep industry relationships. He is a trusted advisor to builders, homeowners, and buyers alike, particularly those seeking properties with renovation or design potential. His ability to see beyond what exists and envision what a home can become provides clients with a unique advantage in today's market.
